ASA Discusses Policy Issues at Ag Media Summit

American Soybean Association (ASA) President Wade Cowan, Brownfield, Texas and staff attended the 17th annual 2015 Ag Media Summit in Scottsdale, Ariz. this week, discussing policy issues impacting the nation’s soybean farmers with reporters and industry partners.

Topics for discussion included the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and biodiesel’s call for finalizing stronger standards for 2016 and 2017 proposed rule; ASA’s support of the voluntary federal labeling standards for foods containing biotech ingredients; trade and more.
