2017 ASA DuPont Young Leaders Sharpen Communication, Management Skills at First Phase of Training

img_0632The 33rd class of American Soybean Association (ASA) DuPont Young Leaders began their training at DuPont Pioneer’s headquarters in Johnston, Iowa this week. The class includes representatives from 23 soybean state affiliates and the Grain Farmers of Ontario.

ASA President, Richard Wilkins (DE) and Vice President, Ron Moore (IL) also participated in the program, along with Annie Dee (AL), USB Director and member of the Class of 2003.

While in Johnston, the Young Leaders participated in DiSC and communications training and they also received updates on various initiatives and programs.
