Soybean Leadership Academy

Established in 2020, Soybean Leadership Academy was created through the merger of two distinguished industry programs: ASA’s Soybean Leadership College and the Iowa Soybean Association’s Leadership Forum. While Soybean Leadership College served a broad audience and the Leadership Forum focused on soybean grower officers and staff chief executives, the Soybean Leadership Academy integrates the strengths of both to deliver advanced leadership development for key staff and grower leaders. The Soybean Leadership Academy is a comprehensive educational program designed to equip state and national soybean board and association leaders with the tools, strategies, and insights necessary to lead with greater effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.

Program Benefits

  • Enhanced collaboration between state affiliate and national soybean organizations
  • Interaction among senior soybean leadership and newer board members, creating strong peer and networking opportunities
  • A stronger voice for U.S. soy and agriculture
