Shickley, NE
Ken Boswell, a farmer from Shickley, Nebraska, has been on the American Soybean Association Board of Directors since 2016. He has served as president and vice president of the Nebraska Soybean Association.
Boswell served on the American Farm Bureau Federation soybean advisory committee for four years and was chairman for one year. He served on the Nebraska Farm Bureau Federation and NFBF political action committee. He’s been part of the Clay County Farm Bureau since 1980. Boswell also served on the Aurora Cooperative board for 12 years, the Nebraska LEAD alumni board for six years and the Nebraska Republican State Central Committee for eight years.
Boswell began farming in 1976. He and his wife farm 685 acres with 95% irrigated. They have a blended family that includes four daughters, one son and nine grandchildren.
