Dickens, IA
Steph Essick is a fourth-generation farmer from Dickens, located in Northwest Iowa. She raises soybeans, corn and hay with her father. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University in ag business.
Steph serves on the Iowa Soybean Association Board of Directors and has been an advocate for agriculture through the Iowa CommonGround program, which shares stories about living and working in agriculture.
She and her husband, Matt, have one son.
