ASA Board meetings and Hill visits are scheduled for July 23-25 in Washington, D.C. Directors will visit their Congressmen to talk about priority issues including trade, transportation and biodiesel. Top of mind for ASA leaders are swift trade issue resolutions, including completion of USMCA, removal of China 301 tariffs, and progress on new Free Trade Agreements including Japan, EU and UK.
In conjunction with the July ASA Board of Directors meeting is the Corteva Young Leaders and the Valent Ag Voices of the Future programs. These programs train emerging leaders to better understand policy issues and effectively advocate for the soybean industry.
