ASA, Monarch Collaborative Rolls Out Educational Tools for Farmers

Feb 11, 2016

The American Soybean Association (ASA) and other ag stakeholders are part of the Monarch Collaborative, which focuses on  the conservation and recovery of the monarch butterfly and works to establish best practices for farmers and landowners to aid in the conservation and sustainability of the monarch butterfly population.

The Monarch Collaborative has undertaken initial actions to benefit monarch butterflies on the agricultural landscape. This week the Collaborative rolled out several documents to help the advocacy efforts of the preservation of the monarch butterfly. ASA Director Wayne Fredericks represents ASA on the Collaborative, which is headed by the Keystone Policy Center.
