American Soybean Association (ASA) President, Wade Cowan, recently presented at the Seminar for Spring 2016 Crops at Rio Farms in Monte Alto, Texas. Cowen spoke on many topics but focused on the importance of Waters of the United States (WOTUS), now officially known as the Clean Water Rule. He stated the importance of memberships, cooperation between farm organizations and the effort to continue reaching out to government officials on critical issues that need to be addressed within the agricultural industry.
