American Soybean Association (ASA) board members as well as state and national soybean staff took part in the annual Monsanto Partnership Day this week.
John Spence, management consultant, author and international speaker, presented a workshop titled, “Leading Through Change.” The presentation encouraged participants to examine their leadership and change management skills by engaging them in individual and group exercises which were designed to foster growth for both their businesses and the associations.
ASA is thankful for Monsanto’s support of many activities and programs, including the ASA Monsanto Partnership Day and the Retiring Directors Dinner at the December Board Meeting.
