Earlier this month, the American Soybean Association’s World Initiative for Soy in Human Health (ASA/WISHH) program sent Dr. Kevin Fitzsimmons of the University of Arizona to Pakistan as part of the USDA-funded FEEDing Pakistan project.
Dr. Fitzsimmons will serve as the Lead Editor of an aquaculture handbook that ASA/WISHH will be producing as part of this project.
The handbook will be written by a select group of local Pakistani authors. Dr. Fitzsimmons presided over the kick-off strategic planning meeting in Lahore. The handbook will be published in 2014.
