Syngenta Agronomy Service Representative Rich Lee is featured in this week’s ASA Educational Podcast, sponsored by Syngenta. Lee talks about the benefits of a fungicide-insecticide tank mix.
"As concluded by the research from Iowa State University Extension, soybeans with a tank-mix application consistently out-yielded the singular use of an insecticide or fungicide over the three-year period," Lee said. "The combination of an insecticide, which limits aphid populations and combats chewing and sucking insects, paired with a fungicide, which enhances a soybean plant’s physiological processes while controlling a wide range of diseases, helps growers achieve their desired yields."
