Farmers from 32 States have Accepted Challenge to Reduce Malnutrition Through the Power of Soy

Jul 11, 2013

In 2006, ASA farmer-leaders saw the soybean as part of the solution to reduce malnutrition and created the World Soy Foundation (WSF). As a charitable organization, the World Soy Foundation supports programs that use soy protein in developing sustainable food solutions.

Donors by state map

Farmers in the orange-shaded states have donated to the World Soy Foundation.

Thanks to the foresight of those farmer leaders and the creation of the WSF’s ACRE CHALLENGE, over 400 farmers from 32 states across the country have joined the grassroots humanitarian effort  by donating the value of  one or more acres of soybeans. Their generous gift is helping children in developing countries benefit from the power of soy. Yet, much work is left to do—Won’t you join this unique farmer-led effort and donate the value of ONE ACRE OF SOYBEANS today? Your gift today will make a significant impact in the lives of children and families as WSF strives to reduce malnutrition through the power of soy. Join the Acre Challenge and give the gift of protein today!
