Illinois farmer Chet Esther knows first-hand how daunting the task can seem, which is why he encourages other farmers to attend one of the upcoming ASA eLegacy Connect Succession Planning Workshops. Esther has already been through the workshop taught by Kevin Spafford of eLegacy Connect, and says one day course prepared him to bring valuable information back to his family farm.
