ASA President Ray Gaesser has named the chairs and appointees for the association’s various committees and working groups.
New First Vice President Wade Cowan of Brownfield, Texas, will chair the Public Affairs Committee. Vice Presidents Bob Worth of Lake Benton, Minn., and Bob Henry of Robinson, Kan., will remain as chairs of the Membership and Corporate Relations and Trade Policy and International Affairs Committees, respectively.
Vice President Kevin Hoyer of West Salem, Wisc., will chair the Communications Committee, and President Gaesser will assume the role of chairman for both the Farm Bill Task Force and the Biotechnology Working Group.
