Waterways Council Inc. (WCI) created a new television commercial that underscores the importance of waterways transportation to the agriculture industry.
The message is aimed at the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area (Congress and the Administration) and is supported by the Minnesota Soybean Research & Promotion Council, Illinois Corn Growers Association and the National Grain & Feed Association.
