New materials are available to help crop insurance participants clarify conservation compliance requirements. The Farm Service Agency (FSA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and the Risk Management Agency (RMA) developed the materials, which can be found here.
A new Fact Sheet, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Webinar Q&As can be found on the right side of the compliance page in the “What’s New” box. In addition to the PDFs, there are web versions that allow users to choose each question individually and expand to see the answer.
Under the USDA Conservation Compliance Process there is an interactive decision tool that is based on the flow chart of the compliance process. The PDF version of the flow chart is found directly beneath the decision tool.
