Reminder: Book Your Commodity Classic Housing With Experient

Dec 19, 2013

Commodity Classic registration and housing reservations are open! Check out the Commodity Classic website to view the 2014 schedule of events, a listing of the more than 275 companies signed up to exhibit at the trade show, details on this year’s performer for the Evening of Entertainment, and a list of optional San Antonio tours. You can also register for the convention and reserve your hotel room while on the Commodity Classic website.

A special note about hotel rooms: Experient is the only housing partner endorsed by Commodity Classic. Making your hotel reservation through Experient is the only way to ensure you book a hotel affiliated with Commodity Classic and receive the special discounted rates. Unaffiliated firms are aggressively soliciting hotel reservations to Commodity Classic attendees. If you are contacted by any travel company other than Experient, please be cautious of releasing your personal information and alert show management of any details of the solicitation by emailing showdirector@commodityclassic.com.

If you have any questions throughout the online reservation process or regarding your housing reservations already made through them, please contact Experient directly at 866-229-2386 (toll free), 301-694-5243 (International residents) or email housing@commodityclassic.com.

The 19th annual Commodity Classic is scheduled for Feb. 27-March 1, 2014, along the banks of the famous River Walk at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Tex. Presented annually by the National Corn Growers Association, American Soybean Association, National Association of Wheat Growers and National Sorghum Producers, Commodity Classic is America’s largest farmer-led, farmer-focused convention, and trade show. The event offers a wide range of learning and networking opportunities for growers in the areas of production, policy, marketing, management and stewardship—as well as showcasing the latest in equipment, technology and innovation.
