WISHH) Executive Director Jim Hershey gives an update on WISHH at USSEC's North and Southeast Asia regional meeting.

The U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC) hosted its North and Southeast Asia regional meeting this week in Chesterfield, Mo. Soy industry leaders, USSEC staff and contractors in North and Southeast Asia gathered to discuss markets, trade, meeting stakeholders’ needs, planning for 2017 and more.

American Soybean Association (ASA) CEO Steve Censky and ASA Secretary Ron Moore presented on Foreign Agriculture Services (FAS) Strategic Plan and various other FAS funding programs.

ASA’s World Initiative for Soy in Human Health (WISHH) Executive Director Jim Hershey gave an update on WISHH and ASA Director E.L. Reed, Chillicothe, Mo., who serves on ASA’s Trade, Policy and International Affairs and the WISHH committees, also attended.
