The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) released its annual report card this week on the state of America’s infrastructure. The inland waterways infrastructure received the lowest grade—a D minus—of the 16 categories. Bridges and rail infrastructure both received grades of C plus, ports received a C, and roads a D.
