In partnership with the United Soybean Board (USB), the American Soybean Association (ASA) participated in the Ag Innovation Showcase held Sept. 10-12, at the Danforth Plant Science Center in St. Louis.
The Ag Innovation Showcase gathers over 400 of the top decision makers and innovators in the agricultural sciences. There are eight industries represented at the event – soil health and crop inputs, water, ag biotech, precision ag, renewables and biobased materials, farming innovations, animal health, and food ingredients and nutrition. This year’s event marked the 10th Anniversary of the Ag Innovation Showcase, and the conference promoted nutrition and sustainability as the major themes of the event. Industry leaders, early-stage companies, investors, and other stakeholders committed to food and agriculture innovation throughout the value chain were invited to join in engaging discussions and presentations.
USB was a sponsor of the event, which allowed the opportunity for USB and ASA staff members to attend special private functions with other agriculture industry technology and innovation leaders. The sponsorship also included recognition in conference communications, plus the opportunity to provide information on the soybean checkoff to attendees via a display and various networking events.
