For many Commodity Classic attendees, leaving the warm, sunny San Antonio was tough as “back home” was probably snow or ice-covered with just a little heat wave—meaning it reached a balmy 15 degrees. But, the pleasant weather wasn’t the only thing hard to leave at Classic.
It was a great week of learning, collaborating, and discussion on all things Ag. Whether you were perusing the trade show floor, or sitting in on one of the Early Riser Sessions, there was something to take back to your own farms, companies, or jobs.
At Booth #4010, the World Soy Foundation booth, we had a great time introducing new individuals to our mission of reducing malnutrition through the power of soy, and talking about what’s new with the Foundation with those who have been longtime supporters.
Thanks to many of our booth visitors, we were able to raise over $8,600 toward our Acre Challenge Campaign! We are so grateful for our supporters. Without your generosity, we could not continue helping the malnourished around the world! If you missed us at Classic, just click here or you can send a check to 12125 Woodcrest Executive Drive, Suite 100; St. Louis, MO 63141 and give the gift of protein today!
Be sure to check out our Commodity Classic photo album on our Facebook page—you may find a picture of yourself (so, feel free to tag yourself, too). We look forward to seeing you all in Phoenix, Arizona next year!
