World Soy Foundation Elects New Board at Summer Annual Meeting

The World Soy Foundation (WSF) Board of Trustees held elections at their Annual Meeting in St. Louis in July. ASA President Danny Murphy confirmed 14 members to the 2013-14 Board.

Board-elected officers include: Natasha Webster (DuPont) Chair; Scott Fritz (Ind. grower-leader) Vice Chair; Bob Metz (S.D. grower-leader) Secretary; and Kent Holt (DuPont) Treasurer.

Other Trustees include:  Roy Bardole (Iowa grower-leader); Chris Erickson (Soyatech); Dan Farney (Ill. grower-leader); Peter Golbitz (Sunopta); Jim Hershey (ASA/WISHH); David Iverson (S.D. grower-leader); Randy Linville (ClearSight Ventures); Dave Poppens (S.D., representing ASA); Jack Trumbo (Ky. grower-leader); and Randy Van Kooten (Iowa grower-leader). The new trustees will serve on the WSF Board for a two-year term.
