WSF fund raiser Nathan Ruby was in Des Moines this week at the World Food Prize, a world class agricultural conference bringing together U.S. agricultural groups, the global ag industry and organizations working on food security projects around the world. Ruby and ASA’s WISHH Director Jim Hershey met with representatives from the John Deere Foundation, Elanco, Syngenta, InstaPro, Novus and Pioneer. They also met with various stakeholders and potential alliance partners from Latin America and Africa. A common theme at the conference is the importance of the availability and affordability of quality food and nutrition, factors we believe the power of soy can address.
