Hundreds of farmers from 30 states have accepted the Challenge and your state could be competing for the top spot! We’re over 80 percent of the way to our goal for the year—over $82,000 has been raised so far! By giving the value of an acre of soybeans today, you will not only join those farmers in helping reduce malnutrition through the power of soy and you help your state compete for the number one spot, you’ll be pushing us that much closer to our goal!
The generosities of farmers like you have made a difference in six-year-old Anita’s future. Abandoned by her mother when she was a toddler, Anita began attending preschool when she was three, where she receives soymilk everyday as part of her breakfast.
The WSF, the philanthropic arm of the American Soybean Association and the soy family, donated soybeans to seven local organizations that focus on providing better nutrition to children in need, just like Anita. We couldn’t have done that without the support of farmers like you.
As farmers, you know that soybeans have the power to provide much needed protein to nourish the hungry—helping to reduce malnutrition and improve the chances of children like Anita reaching their full potential. Today, Anita lives with her dad, grandparents and uncle, and attends school full-time where she is thriving! By giving to the World Soy Foundation through the Acre Challenge, you can make a difference in the lives of other children like her.
You can give to the Acre Challenge by simply calculating the value of an acre of soybeans (yield x price) and send your check to the WSF in that amount. To make donating even easier for you, click HERE to donate online. Your donation means so much!
