This week soybean grower and ASA Board member Kevin Scott testified before the Senate Agriculture Committee on the importance of risk management programs within the nation's farm legislation.
During the hearing Scott detailed the ways that programs withing the commodities and crop insurance titles of the farm bill work together and may be improved moving forward to help producers in a time of economic uncertainty on the farm.
