ASA is once again conducting an All-Stars Recruiter Tournament. ASA is giving recruiters—the best-of-the-best recruiters in the country—an opportunity to show who are the ultimate recruiters. The Top 128 recruiters are matched up for a head-to-head membership recruiting competition based on state levels in five brackets. The winner of each bracket will receive a trip to Washington, D.C., and $300 CASH!
The Recruiter All-Stars Tournament began on Jan. 1 and features five brackets for a total of 128 top recruiters. The brackets are determined by the order of the top recruiters at the end of fiscal year 2012.
Those on each bracket competes only among themselves, with each bracket producing one of the five winners. Those five recruiters will be recognized at the ASA Board meeting in Washington, D.C. in 2013 and at the 2013 Soybean Advocate and Influencer Conference.
During the 2012 ASA All-Stars Recruiter Tournament, participants recruited or renewed more than 860 soybean growers from Dec. 2011–June 2012. The Top Recruiter for 2012 was Jim Kukowski (Minn.).
The ASA All-Stars Recruiter Tournament will not replace the annual top recruiter contest. ASA will continue to recognize overall recruiter excellence in each of the three levels.
