Rob Joslin
The World Soy Foundation (WSF) shines the spotlight this week on Rob Joslin, a grower leader from Ohio, who is a dedicated supporter of the WSF, that was recently welcomed onto the WSF Board. Rob has been active in the American Soybean Association, where he served five years as an officer—including one year as president—representing U.S. soybean farmer interests in Washington D.C. and around the globe. In addition, Rob served on the United States Soybean Export Council (USSEC) including one year as board secretary.
In January 2013, Rob began a six year term as Trustee at Edison State Community College. In addition, Rob is a member of his local Rotary club, St. John’s Lutheran Church and various farm organizations. After graduating from The Ohio State University, Rob returned to his family farm in west central Ohio, near Sidney. Rob and his wife Ellen manage a soybean and corn farm under long-term no-till with all operations geo-referenced. Rob enjoys sailing and riding his '85 Harley FX for fun.
The WSF is excited to have Rob join the Board and wants to thank him for his support of the WSF mission to reduce malnutrition through the power of soy! Without the support of individuals like Rob, we would be unable to continue furthering that mission.
